- List every repeat job on one page.
- Score each one on time, risk and how clear the rules are.
- Pick the one job worth automating first.

Nobody sets out to build a manual process.
It accumulates. A tool gets added for one reason, a spreadsheet bridges a gap, someone agrees to send a weekly summary. Two years later, somebody’s Monday is spent moving rows between systems that were each bought to save time.
- The same information is typed into more than one place.
- Enquiries land somewhere nobody watches after 5pm.
- Reports take a day to assemble and are out of date when they arrive.
- Onboarding depends on one person remembering the steps.
If two of these sound familiar, the worksheet is for you.
One worksheet. Four steps. One automation decision.
- 01
List it
Write down every repeat job a person does by hand, even the small ones. A prompt list helps you remember the ones nobody mentions.
- 02
Score it
Three questions per job: how much time, how costly is a mistake, how clear are the rules. A simple formula turns it into a priority number.
- 03
Pick one
A decision rule tells you which job to automate first, and a checklist tells you whether it is ready for automation or needs a process fix first.
Plus a worked example, so you can see a finished row before you fill in your own.

Three steps, about twenty minutes.

Enter your email.
We send one message to confirm it is you.

Download the worksheet.
Print it. It takes about 20 minutes.
- STEP 3
Use it on your own.
If you want a second opinion, book fifteen minutes. No deck, no pitch.
Who it helps, and who it does not.
For you if
- You run a business with real volume and tools that do not talk to each other.
- You can name at least three jobs somebody does by hand every week.
- You would rather know what to fix before you pay anyone to fix it.
Not for you if
- The process changes every week. Fix the process first.
- Nobody on your side could own the tools once they are wired up. Automation needs an owner.
- You want a finished system from a form. The worksheet finds the right job. It does not build it.

What is a business process automation audit?
It is a structured look at the repeat jobs people do by hand, to decide which are worth automating and in what order. The Monday Morning Audit is a do-it-yourself version you can finish in about 20 minutes.
What do I get?
A short PDF worksheet with a worked example, a scoring formula and a decision checklist, plus a one-page scorecard to keep every job in one place. Print them.
Is it really free?
Yes. You get the worksheet for your email address, followed by a short series of emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Do I have to use your services?
No. The worksheet works on its own. If you want help, the next step is a 15-minute call or a Business Review, and neither is required.
What tools does it assume?
None. It works the same whether you use spreadsheets, a CRM, Zapier, n8n or paper.
Should I use AI or plain automation?
Sometimes AI, but most jobs on a typical list need better integrations and clearer rules, not AI. The worksheet scores how clear the rules are for each job. Jobs with clear rules usually suit plain automation. Jobs that depend on judgment are where AI sometimes helps, and where a person often stays in the loop.
